Mayeli, with more than 24 years of experience, is an attorney specialized corporate labor law, individual litigation and consulting. Her specialty is labor litigation, which is a relevant area for clients in making complex strategic decisions before the authorities.  

 She is an expert in relevant topics such as implementation and compliance with the New Labor Law, corporate strategy, labor relations and negotiation, outsourcing, and digital signature, among others. 

 Mayeli joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2019 to open the Labor Practice Area along with a team of top-level professionals who today are reference in the Mexican Legal Market. 

 She usually is speaker in national and international business forums, focusing her practice on the new labor law and the inclusion of women in the corporate world. 

 Recently, she founded BAMALI, an association of women labor lawyers in Mexico, which seeks to promote and share best labor practices for women. 

 Mayeli enjoys being part of relevant forums and panels, as well as writing for different well-known publications in our country.
