Jimena specializes in corporate and financial law, including securities market transactions, international and structured financings, mergers, and acquisitions.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Jimena has participated in various transactions representing sellers, buyers, private equity funds and other investors, national and international, in M&A transactions and joint ventures. She also advises public and private companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

In wealth matters, Jimena advises together with tax and financial specialists, family groups, private clients, and family offices regarding the structuring and planning of wealth investments, administrative and family succession structures.
