Humberto is a prestigious lawyer with over 30 years of experience representing banks, financial institutions, strategic investors and corporations on a range of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, bridge loans, asset-based loans, project financings, distressed financings and strategic planning.

Moreover, he has a wide experience in corporate transactions and related regulatory matters involving banks, pension funds, insurance, and reinsurance companies. His experience also includes infrastructure transactions in Mexico, advising private entities participating in public bids as well as in the structuring and financing of infrastructure projects, such as toll roads, airports, and ports.

Also, he advises public and private companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other corporate matters.

Additionally, throughout his career, he has been distinguished by his commitment on Pro Bono activities, collaborating as a member of Centro Mexicano Pro Bono and Appleseed Mexico.
