Daniela de Pontes Andrade is partner at GVBG Advogados and has extensive experience advising both national and international clients on all aspects related to real estate transactions, leveraging her expertise in Real Estate and Real Estate Registration Law and her experience in risk assessment in operations involving real estate assets.

Her practice focuses on the purchase and sale of urban and rural properties, the creation of surface rights and other in rem rights, the establishment of real guarantees, sale and leaseback arrangements, typical commercial leases and built-to-suit contracts, agrarian contracts, zoning and land use, real estate developments in various modalities, and extrajudicial procedures before the Real Estate Registries.
