Affan is a graduate of Law from the Chandigarh University. Prior to law, he graduated in Mass Communication from the Institute of Management Studies, Dehradun.

Affan’s areas of practice include transactional and contentious work in Intellectual Property, compliance, corporate governance, business start-ups, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, employment & HR. He actively assists local and foreign clients on intellectual property, litigation, dispute resolution, anti-counterfeiting, start-ups, licensing and divestiture, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, mergers & acquisition, drafting & negotiating joint venture & shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements.
