Rashi Kapoor Mehta has been associated with Universal Legal since its inception in 2004 and has grown within the firm to become a partner in 2010. Her key areas of expertise lie in the fields of Corporate & Commercial Laws and Foreign Exchange Regulations with a strong focus on the pharmaceuticals, life sciences and technology sectors. She advises and assists clients with complex M&A transactions, private equity deals, cross-border joint ventures and general commercial contracts. With a vast amount of deal experience across sectors, deal values and geographies, Rashi’s focus has always been to take a business friendly approach to deal making to help client’s achieve their goals.
