Career
Andrés worked as an Attorney at the Superintendence of Securities, Legal Advisor of the National Planning Department and Director of Commerce and Financing of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
He also worked at the Fund for the Financing of the Agricultural Sector – FINAGRO, where he held the positions of Legal Director, General Secretary, Chief Compliance Officer and Acting President.
Before joining this Firm, he was Deputy Superintendent for Public Enforcement (Deputy Superintendent for Inspection, Surveillance and Control) of the Superintendence of Companies, where he also served as Acting Superintendent on several occasions.
He is Professor of Corporate Law at the Undergraduate and in postgraduate programs of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana – Bogotá, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana – Cali, Universidad de la Sabana, EAFIT University (Medellín) and the Universidad del Norte (Barranquilla).
