Career
Kartikay graduated from the Army Institute of Law in 2019, laying the foundation for his legal career. To further hone his legal acumen, Kartikay pursued an LLM in Corporate and Financial Laws at Jindal Global Law School, equipping himself with the skills needed to navigate complex legal landscapes.
Kartikay’s prior experience at a Counsel Office before joining TMT Law Practice involved diverse legal roles, including drafting, advising, client management, courtroom advocacy, and briefing seniors. He has successfully represented clients in a range of judicial forums, from the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Hon’ble High Courts at Delhi, Gauhati, Chandigarh to CESTAT, NCDRC, NCLT, NCLAT, resulting in numerous judgments bearing his name. Kartikay also has significant expertise in constitutional issues, commercial disputes, and specialized legislation matters.
Currently, Kartikay is pursuing his second Master’s Degree, specializing in addressing disputes within the defence industry.
