I have over 3 years of experience of working in the technology sector and was a part of Capgemini Technology Services, where  I worked as a corporate transactional lawyer and primarily on contract review, negotiations of various contracts for the organization and managed the internal legal advisory of the company.  Also managed the IP portfolio by way of handling patent, copyright,  open source, review of technology applications and licensed software. Additionally, worked on corporate legal advisory, including export, control transactions, employment and dispute resolution.

Provided legal advisory on various diverse areas like data privacy and reviewed DTAs, employment law and compliance related issues, responses drafted for notices, assisted in policy drafting for the organization.
