Srishti Gupta is a Principal Associate at TMT Law Practice. Graduated in 2018 with B.A. LL (Hons.) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, GGS Indraprastha University, she has primarily engaged in litigation mandates, including matters relating to commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring, security enforcement, white collar crimes, money recovery, etc. She has represented banks, non-banking financial companies, alternative investment funds and insolvency professionals. She has multiple independent appearances to her credit before NCLTs, DRTs, NCLAT, DRAT, High Courts as well as the Supreme Court of India.

Besides her experience in general civil litigation relating to transfer of property, injunctions & damages, specific performance of contracts, she has also dealt in large scale economic crimes and has appeared before the Adjudicating and Appellate Authority for Prevention of Money Laundering.

She has also worked closely with leading businesses in health and fitness, construction & real estate, energy and infrastructure, manufacturing and trading industry, maritime logistics, etc. Apart from this, she has also represented Ministry of Land and Revenue, Government of India in writs before the Delhi High Court and was also actively involved in Arbitrations relating to National Highways Authority of India.

She is passionate about writing, and regularly shares her views on contemporary legal issues on legal websites. She has also co-authored a paper titled ‘Uniformly Diversified–A Theoretic Study of Uniform Civil Code & Practicality of it’ which was published in ‘Marginalised Groups in India–Legal Mechanism to Combat Inequalities’ (ISBN 987-81-8484-589-8).”
