Senior Associate

Manya is currently engaged with TMT Law Practice as a Senior Associate. She graduated from the BA LLB (Hons.) program at Jindal Global Law School in August 2021, post which she joined the IP litigation team at Wadhwa Law Chambers as an Associate. After a year of working under Mr. Kapil Wadhwa at WLC, Manya worked as an Associate in the Media Transactions Team at Saikrishna and Associates for almost 2 years, where she advised clients on media transactions, policy and Intellectual Property matters. Manya possesses extensive experience in intellectual property and media laws, specializing in managing and safeguarding intellectual property assets of diverse clients. She has expertise in drafting IP, media and commercial contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic counsel on trademarks, designs and copyrights. She has successfully managed large IP portfolios, litigated disputes, and advised on enforcement risks. Manya has also handled numerous trademark prosecution matters, domain name disputes and litigation matters pan India.
