Career

Seung-Jae Oh advises and litigates on corporate legal affairs, civil and criminal disputes and administrative appeal and litigation. 

Prior to joining Lee International IP & Law Group, he served as a public-service advocate at the Daegu branch of the Korea Legal Aid Corporation (2014-2015) and Commercial Legal Affairs Division of the Ministry of Justice (2015-2017), where he handled a variety of areas such as civil, criminal, administrative and domestic litigations, answering to questions relating to the commercial code and trust act, legal advice to small and medium-sized businesses. During his service as a public-service advocate, he was recognized for his hard work and received an award from “Minister of Justice.”

Seung-Jae Oh passed the 53th judicial examination in 2011 and completed his training at the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2014. He graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in law (2012).
