Managing Partner

Vitaliy Kozachenko is the Managing Partner of Fortior. Prior to establishing Fortior, Vitaliy worked for a large international English law firm, focusing on English commercial litigation and international arbitration. He then moved to a Geneva-based boutique focusing on international commercial and investment arbitration. Before going into private practice, Vitaliy worked in one of the world’s largest fiduciary companies located in the United States.

Vitaliy is admitted to practice in New York and in England & Wales. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a supporting member of the LMAA (London Maritime Arbitrators Association).
