Agan is an Indonesian qualified lawyer with more than 20 years experience. He obtained his law degree from the Faculty of Law of University of Indonesia. Prior to joining AFSP as Partner in 2012, he worked in a publicly listed telecommunication infrastructure company owned by one of Indonesia's leading private equity group as head of legal and also has spent more than 5 (five) years in an Indonesia's leading corporate law firm practicing banking & finance, merger & acquisition and general corporate matters.

He has an excellent records in restructuring and negotiating complex financing transactions, mergers & acquisitions, projects & energy and general corporate & commercial matters with diverse sectors and industries among others mining companies, plantation, financial technology, oil and gas, infrastructure, construction and real estate and property.

Universitas Indonesia, obtained his Bachelor of Law degree in 2003.
