She has provided legal assistance on various Corporate issues, including the preparation of documents and the assistance of the clients in relation to governmental authorities, such as trade registries. She has also been involved in Public Procurement/PPP projects, preparing public procurement files and providing assistance to the clients in relation to the related procedures.
