Dan is a proficient lawyer with 7 years of experience in the legal field.

During the past years, he has been involved in a wide range of contentious and noncontentious matters, assisting and representing clients in front of the local courts in proceedings concerning civil, commercial and employment matters, litigation and prelitigation matters, drafting and filling the claims, challenging courts decisions as well as in negotiations for settling the litigation.

He also worked as a consultant for a multinational company in the financial sector, being involved in the development and coordination of the legal department of this company.

Dan is also very involved in corporate and commercial matters, providing legal advice companies incorporations, corporate changes, regulatory, intra-group agreements, in commercial contracts and general advice on various commercial law matters and implementation of new projects.
