Laura has an experience of almost 5 years in the legal field.

During the past years, Laura represented clients before local courts and public authorities in both litigation and administrative disputes, in matters involving labor law, civil and commercial law, as well as administrative law.

During her activity, Laura developed and implemented trial strategies for clients, and she also has been drafting and reviewing different types of contracts, issuing legal opinions on them and verifying the legal provisions applicable.

Laura has also a particular interest in Employment, Data Privacy and Public Procurement/PPP matters. She has provided legal opinions and assistance to the clients in relation to the related procedures and since December 2022 she has been certified as Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Besides her native Romanian, she is proficient in English and Spanish.
