Albane has more than 20 years of experience in Employment and labor law.

For many years, Albane has been advising companies, International and French groups with day-to-day Labor matters regarding Individual (general employment conditions) and Collective relationships (collective negotiations, employee representatives) within groups, Social Security protection, Compensation & benefits, Pensions and savings plans, International assignments, Management package, Labor law litigations.

Also, as a member of the Employment law/M&A group, Albane has a wide experience in Labor Law implications of Mergers (national and cross border merger), Acquisitions and Reorganizations, Labor Law aspects of the acquisition and the post-acquisition restructuring, especially as regards the relations and the management of employee representatives (works councils, union delegates, etc.).

Albane is an Attorney at Law, member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar.

She holds a DJCE/Employment Law (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’entreprise) from the University of Paris
