Emmanuel is a Partner at KPMG Avocats in Paris where he heads the EU, Competition & Distribution department.

Emmanuel has more than 20 years of experience dedicated to competition & EU Law. His expertise focuses on :

Proceedings before the French Autorité de la concurrence and the European Commission, French and European merger control, antitrust litigation, state aids, antidumping, distribution and networks contracts and litigation, consumer law Compliance and regulatory (DGCCRF, etc.) Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, pre-litigation and commercial litigation

Emmanuel is an Attorney-at-Law, member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar.

He holds a Ph. D and a Post graduate degree in International, European and French Litigation and a Post graduate degree in EU Competition Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne. He is graduated from the Institut des Hautes Etudes de l’Entreprise.
