Position
Richard is a Director at KPMG Avocats in Paris. He assists clients on daily corporate matters as well as on legal transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, contributions, shareholders ‘agreements, joint-ventures and contracts. He carries out legal due diligence buy-side and vendor due diligence.
He is also involved with the African Desk of KPMG for legal projects in French speaking countries.
