Caroline is a Director at KPMG Avocats where she co-heads the Lille's office.

Her main assignments relate to business law: M&A, business structuring and development, especially for cross border transactions.

With experience in risk assessment, governance, corporate and commercial law, international mobility and her cross-cultural knowledge, Caroline assists her clients from the negotiation phase, due diligence, up to the incorporation of legal vehicles, setting up of joint ventures or signature of complex contracts.

Caroline is an Attorney at Law, member of the Lille Bar.

She holds a Master in International business & Management (PSB Paris School of Business), a Post-graduate degree in Private & business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University and has been trained in Mediation with the Brussels Business Mediation Centre and the Singapore Mediation Centre.
