Xavier is a Director at KPMG Avocats in Paris.

He is an active member of the Corporate M&A team. He serves a wide range of clients, acting in an international environment in relation with buy-side / sell-side projects (VDD, DD, SPA, R&W, negotiations) in the context of assets/shares deals (majority or minority transactions).

Xavier provides day-to-day corporate assistance.

He is also active in domestic and cross border reorganizations. Xavier is more specifically involved in assisting industrial investors and private equity (LBO) players.

Thanks to his Japanese skills, Xavier regularly advises Japanese companies as regards their investments.

On a regularly basis, he writes articles on case law or new regulations.

Xavier is an Attorney at Law, member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar.

He holds a post-graduate degree in Business Law from the University of Paris V Malakoff and Degree in Business Law from the University of Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne. He also studied Japanese law at the University of Waseda in Japan.
