Valérie is a Director at KPMG Avocats in Paris. She has a wide experience on French company law, corporate assistance and reorganizations (merger, spin-off, corporate restructuring operations, etc.)

She advises companies on negotiation for the purchase and sale of shares and provides pre-contractual documentation, due diligence, SPA, shareholders' agreement, structuring and implementation of legal acquisition structures.

She also advises companies on real estate issues: drafting of leases (civil, commercial), audit of leases (civil, commercial, residential leases).

Valérie is an Attorney at Law, member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar.

She holds a Post-graduate degree in business law from the University of Paris V, René Descartes and an intellectual property certificate from the University of Lille II, France
