Florence has a wide experience on French company law, corporate assistance, corporate governance and intra-group reorganizations (merger, spin-off, corporate restructuring operations, capital transactions, etc.) and M&A transactions for actors in the private equity sectors (due diligence on seller or buyer side) or for industrial and retail multinational companies during their external growth (cross-border acquisitions, joint-ventures, LBO operations, restructuring projects such as mergers and split-off and debt push down schemes), etc.

Over the last 20 years, Florence has led or supervised significant cross border projects in various industries, including health sector, consumer market, heavy industry, automotive, etc. and in various jurisdictions: Western and Eastern Europe, Africa, Brazil, India, China

Florence is an Attorney at Law, member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar.

She holds a Post-graduate degree in tax and corporate law from the University of Paris I, Pantheon-Sorbonne, a Master of Management from the EDHEC Business School and a Master Degree in law from the University of Paris II.
