Benoît has an extensive experience in corporate, especially in all equity transactions and restructuring of national and international groups.

Benoît advices both industrial operators in M&A transactions and investment funds in private equity deals. He provides pre-contractual documentation, due diligence, negotiations, SPA, associated guarantee package, shareholders' agreement; structuring and implementation of legal acquisition structures; issuance of compound securities and other hybrid financing methods, preference shares; partnership transactions (JV, etc.).

He is also involved in real estate where he provides assistance in the acquisition / sale of real estate assets (share deal / asset deal), drafting and negotiation of leases.

Benoît is an Attorney at Law, member of the Hauts- de Seine Bar.

He holds a Post-graduate degree in business law from the University of Paris XI, Sceaux.
