Aurélie Salmon

Aurélie is a Director at KPMG Avocats where she co-heads the Lille’s office.

Her main assignments are in M&A, business structuring and restructuring.

Aurélie has a wide experience in the field of French company law, corporate assistance, corporate governance and intra-group reorganizations, as well as due diligence on seller or buyer side.

She also advises and assists her clients before commercial courts, during restructuring operations, insolvency proceedings or business litigation (brutal breach of commercial relationships, partners conflicts or commercial law issues).

Aurélie is an Attorney at Law, member of the Lille Bar.

She holds a Master in Management from the EDHEC Business School and a Post graduate degree in business law from the University of Lille.
