When Bríet first came to KPMG, her projects where to interpret and provide legal advice regarding application of IFRS 9 and IFRS 15, but now she provides genreal legal services, mainly in the field of corporate law. ​

Bríet's area of expertise are in the field of corporate law, competition (anti-trust) law, family matters and estate planning, business and securities law as well as tax law.​

Bríet has worked on numerous projects regarding M&A's, liquidation, dissolution of Companies as well as general contracts. Bríet has participated in legal Due Diligence projects and provided customer assistance in relation to risk assessments and work procedures for AML compliance.
