Background
Prior to joining KPMG in 2022, Jacob worked in the corporate team of a leading Irish law firm in Belfast. Jacob has a wide range of experience in all aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, shareholders matters and general corporate governance requirements.
Professional and industry experience
Jacob has provided legal services in the following areas:
Provision of advice to a number of large corporates on various acquisitions and disposals Advising on various shareholder matters including shareholders’ agreement, corporate structuring and governance Provision of advice on various asset purchasers and sales Management of UK and Irish aspects of a number of multinational due diligence exercises Advising corporates on internal policies and corporate governance Advising founders of various companies in respect of both institutional and private equity investments Provision of advice to corporate clients on various commercial contractual issuesRecent Experience
