Calin is a dispute resolution lawyer in the KPMG Legal – Toncescu & Associates team. 

With 6 years of legal expertise in litigation and dispute resolution practice gained in a Magic Circle law firm, Calin Dragoman is a versatile litigator whose skills are enhanced by solid experience and background in litigation & arbitration, tax litigation, insolvency procedures, fraud investigations and crisis management.

His expertise includes assisting and representing major international and domestic companies in all types of litigation, including civil, tax, procurement, competition and labour.

Calin has also been involved in conducting risk management due diligence, assisting and representing clients in external regulatory and criminal investigations, internal fraud investigations, regulatory compliance, regulatory investigation and regulatory challenges, as well as in white collar projects. His experience also covers debt recovery, enforcement proceedings and restructuring projects;

In tax litigation cases he managed to provide with success assistance and representation to major domestic and foreign clients in cases related to: i) VAT deductions; ii) VAT reimbursements; iii) corporate tax (deductibility of various expenses) and iv) transfer pricing
