Anna Jóźwicka has been working at D. Dobkowski Law Firm since 2006. She is a qualified lawyer (Attorney-at-Law, Doctor of Laws). She has also graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. Anna has been providing legal advisory services to Polish and foreign clients in the scope of, in particular, commercial law, financial services law, incl. banking law and M&A transactions. During her professional career she participated in a number of interdisciplinary projects, prepared comprehensive analyses and took part in structuring optimal transactional solutions.
