Michał Sawicki has been associated with the KPMG since 2019. He specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and public procurement. He participates in due diligence projects of domestic as well as foreign entities. He has experience in conducting asset deal and share deal transactions. He participates in the processes of creating, transforming, merging, dividing and liquidating companies. He also deals with ongoing corporate advisory for companies from various industries.
