Tomasz Kamiński has cooperated with D.Dobkowski Law Firm since 2004. He advises on all types of M&A transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and general corporate governance. His extensive experience covers also the fields of corporate finance and commercial matters with a particular focus on industrial sector and complex cross-border M&A. Tomasz was also involved in preparing numerous pre-investment reports and analyses (due diligence).The area of Tomasz Kamiński’s specialization includes also energy law, in particular renewable energy sources.
