Edward is a corporate lawyer in the KPMG Law team. He specialises in corporate law and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, realisations of value, management buyouts and shareholder exits, as well as on corporate reorganisations and structuring projects.

Edward has worked across a wide range of sectors and brings over 15 years experience of advising businesses, shareholders and management teams on their corporate activities. He has worked globally on many significant structuring projects, corporate transactions and reorganisations and is familiar with transactional practice and issues arising around Europe and beyond.

Edward’s clients range from global corporate groups to entrepreneurs. He is a skilled negotiator and has led numerous key projects for KPMG across business structuring and reorganisation, mergers and acquisitions, company law, equity incentives and debt listings.
