From graduating with a Business Management Degree, Josie has over 20 years of business operation experience, predominantly in the education sector. She has gained a broad range of executive-level experience and project management expertise along the way, gaining MCIPS, ILM 4 in Leadership and becoming a certified GDPR practitioner.
From working four years as a Director of Operations for a Trust and various interim Executive level roles when operating under Panoramic Business Operations Services Ltd, the goal has been to use knowledge and experience to support a broad range of clients across the education sector. Josie really enjoys helping clients, therefore, is happy providing support for any function or in any role. Being solutions focused, having a wide range of technical expertise and the ability to quickly build positive professional relationships are the key reasons for the success so far.
