Lawyer practitioner since 1975, Domenico Damiani was president and member of the managing boards of many Italian companies and he has been the legal advisor and lawyer of Calampiso S.p.A. since 2011. Domenico Damiani has also been legal adviser and member of the board of the Diocesan Institute for Clergy Sustenance, since 2001.

Domenico can lay claim to a 42 years of remarkable legal career in commercial and civil law, as he has been owner of his own law firm with offices in Palermo and Rome, since 1980. He  has also been a law professor for 10 years and he has written several articles in numerous legal periodicals.

Domenico is a highly qualified expert in company life-cycle and related legal matters and he has also been a company liquidator. His expertise range, moreover, extends to private law, as he has a highly qualifying experience in contract, family, inheritance, property and labour law.

French Italian

He assisted German, French and Italian companies offering legal advice in several economic sectors, such as tourism, renewable energy, real estate and debt collection services. He assisted health care private and public practices, developing a highly qualified knowledge in administrative and tax law.

He developed remarkable relationships with the Moldavian Embassy in Rome, he has always been socially active and he co-founded, and was President of, the Rotary Rome Mediterranea in 2001
