Pablo Stöger Pérez is a partner in the firm, where he has spent most of his professional career.

Pablo is specialized in commercial, air transport, procedural and banking law (contracts, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency law, purchase and sale of aircraft, guarantees on aircraft, permits and licences in the air transport sector, fintech and cryptocurrencies, and advice on regulatory aspects and judicial procedures related to the aforementioned matters, among others).

He has extensive experience in setting up subsidiaries, branches and representative offices of foreign companies in Spain, and has advised clients in sectors such as banking and finance, private equity, air transport and transport in general, tourism, real estate and construction, insurance, automation and control, high tech and the agri-food industry.
