Ms Anna Iceton

Work Department
Real estate, Property litigation
Position
Anna is a Partner in the firm’s market leading property disputes team with almost 20 years’ experience in all areas of contentious real estate.
She has a particular focus on disputes in the telecommunications sector with several highly reported cases in this area. Residential claims are also of particular interest, including all aspects of service charge management and structuring.
Although disputes are sometimes unavoidable, she works closely with clients to find commercial and pragmatic solutions to issues deploying a solution based and risk avoidance outlook to all matters including exploring all available ADR options.
She has led successful high-profile cases, including Nazirali Tejani v Fitzroy Place Residential Limited*, where the team successfully defended a multi-million-pound claim by an owner of an apartment in the luxury Fitzroy Place development against claims in nuisance, negligence, breach of contract and of quiet enjoyment, resulting in the dismissal of the claim.
*This case was during Anna’s time at BCLP Law
Anna joined Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP) on qualification as a solicitor, where she was promoted to Associate Director in 2021. She’s also a member of the Property Litigation Association and Women in Property.
Outside of work she loves spending time with her family and all the activities that come with having two active children (football, rugby, Guides and aerial skills to name a few) plus getting outdoors whether that’s walking the dog, gardening or the latest DIY project.
