Position

Olivia is an associate solicitor in the independent schools and charities team and she specialises in employment and education law.

She advises on a range of areas, including safeguarding and managing abuse allegations, data protection and subject access requests, parent contracts, and contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She drafts contracts of employment and various policies and procedures, and she also advises on the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.

Her approach is to provide practical and helpful advice that will help schools to achieve their objectives.

She joined Moore Barlow LLP, as a trainee solicitor. Prior to this, she spent over five years working in the House of Commons.

In her free time she enjoys exploring new places, and has travelled extensively throughout South East Asia, South America and the USA.
