Susannah is a partner and heads up the firm’s Financial Services Litigation team. She assists major lenders and mortgage providers with complex residential and commercial possession claims,  professional negligence, real estate litigation (including title rectification), fraud and debt recovery claims. She provides clients with effective solutions and the necessary support and guidance to help them recover their money as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. She provides a level of personal service based on not only legal expertise, but also a detailed understanding of her clients’ business priorities.

Susannah has been involved in some of the most influential cases involving unfair relationships, secret commissions and bribery in the last few years – cases which have had a direct impact upon the industry.
