Moore Barlow

Louise is a Partner within the Commercial Property team based in Moore Barlow's Southampton office.

She has many years of experience in acting for private individuals and businesses in the acquisition of property as owner/occupiers or for investment. Her clients also comprise developers acquiring property for conversion and development to include auction purchases and those with short term funding.

In addition, she undertakes landlord and tenant work in the management of investment properties and frequently act for tenants in a wide range of industries when taking leases.

Her clients require a commercial and pragmatic approach whilst also getting the detail right and speed is often required. Louise believes strongly in giving a personal service and ensuring that clients can easily contact me.

She qualified in 2007 and prior to joining Moore Barlow in October 2019, she held a variety of roles working in both the commercial and residential sectors and has a broad knowledge of practical and legal issues relating to property.

Outside of work Louise is kept busy by my two young daughters and her menagerie of animals. She also loves to run and spend a lot of time outdoors in the lovely British weather getting the miles in.
