Mihai Morar is a highly skilled and tactically oriented lawyer, who represents companies, stakeholders and individuals in complex criminal cases. He is very analytical and possesses great knowledge and insight of both relevant law, as well as complex economic and corporate processes.

His experience includes assistance regarding legislation applicable to various fields, such as tax and business regulations, work health and safety.

He recently co-authored a specialized book on the matter of the newly operational European Public Prosecutor's Office.
