Gheorghe-Codrut Preda, a fully fledged lawyer at Albu Morar, has been involved in a variety of complex criminal cases, including tax evasion, money laundering, corruption and occupational crime cases. His practice includes assisting and representing both companies and individuals in all stages of a criminal trial. Codrut is an excellent communicator and he is acknowledged for his prompt and efficient approach to cases. Prior to joining Albu Morar team, Codrut gained relevant experience in white-collar crime matters whilst being a member of a reputed local law firm.
