Cansu is a founding partner at CBC Law, specializing in corporate and commercial litigation, predominately in the real estate, insurance & reinsurance, and media & entertainment industries.
Her practice includes Turkish and international companies, and start-up businesses, whom she advises in relation to corporate governance, employment law, and contractual relations. Cansu represents clients in disputes involving commercial and collection issues, white-collar crime, and intellectual property and is well-versed in conducting due diligence reviews for M&A transactions and guiding clients through internal investigations.
Before co-founding CBC Law, Cansu worked as a senior lawyer for two of Türkiye’s leading law firms.
