Marlene Tayah is a Junior Associate at Obeid & Medawar Law Firm LLP. She was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2024 and successfully passed the SQE1 exam in January 2025.

Before joining the firm, she completed an internship at INDEVCO Group, where she focused on corporate law, working on corporate projects involving Greece and Cyprus. This experience strengthened her expertise in cross-border transactions and corporate legal frameworks.

Marlene Tayah obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Saint Joseph Beirut, which included a Master 1 in Business Law, allowing her to develop a strong foundation in commercial and corporate law.

Building on this expertise, she pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Law (PGDL) at City University of London, where she acquired Common Law knowledge across fundamental legal subjects. She graduated with Commendations, further strengthening her ability to navigate both civil and common law systems.
