Rima is an Associate with BH2I with a postgraduate degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom. Her areas of focus include real estate, hospitality, personal data protection, and corporate and foreign business investment-related matters. She is experienced in advising local and international hospitality, real estate and corporate clients across the Asia Pacific region on hotel management, branded residence and international business transactions. She has specific expertise in the creation, coordination, and compliance implementation of the GDPR and its PDPA equivalents in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
