Jeremy Slattery KC is a leading trial and appellate barrister with extensive experience in a broad range of commercial matters
Career
Jeremy joined the bar in 2005 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019. Since joining the bar he has developed an extensive practice in commercial litigation with particular expertise in the areas of insurance, trade practices, intellectual property, professional negligence, directors duties, confidential information and corporations law.

Jeremy regularly appears in cases in all the Victorian superior jurisdictions, as well as in the County Court and in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal. He also appears in the Australian Competition Tribunal.
