Career
Rasmus specialises in real estate, corporate and commercial and public law. Rasmus has more than 20 years of experience working as an attorney and has acted as a legal and commercial adviser in connection with a very large number of complex transfers of businesses and real estate. In addition, Rasmus has extensive experience of property development.
In 2005, Rasmus was admitted to the Danish High Court and also obtained his Ph.D. degree with the thesis entitled: Sammenstødsproblemer inden for den offentlige arbejds- og ansættelsesret (“Conflict between public and private employment law”). The following year, in 2006, he established the law firm Haugaard|Braad, and in 2010, he was admitted to the Danish Supreme Court.
