Karen-Marie Hovmøller specializes in real estate. Karen-Marie deals with all aspects of tenancy law, which includes both residential tenancy and commercial tenancy law. Her many years of experience in the field is used, among other things, in connection with the preparation and negotiation of commercial and residential leases, just as she is happy to assist in the resolution of disputes that may arise between the parties in a tenancy even if the disputes end up in court or in arbitration.

Karen-Marie also deals with all aspects of the purchase and sale of properties, the purchase and sale of commercial and residential rental properties, as well as the purchase and sale of owner-occupied homes.

Finally, Karen-Marie has specialist knowledge within owner- and co-operative housing associations, which she is happy to contribute to the establishment of, just as she has extensive experience in drafting articles of association and participating in a general meeting as a conductor.
