Michael Møller Pedersen is specialized in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, company law and real estate.
Michael has considerable experience in the implementation of M&A, where he advises on all aspects of a business transfer, including participation in initial negotiations. Michael also advises on general company and business law matters.
In addition, Michael provides advice within real estate with a focus on construction law, transfer of properties, commercial tenancy law, project development and tender law.
Within his areas of expertise, Michael has also conducted numerous arbitrations and court cases.
