Christian specializes in real estate and corporate and commercial law.

Christian has extensive experience in real estate consulting and has participated in a large number of real estate transactions, and provides advice in project development and commercial tenancy law.

Christian has also participated in several M&A processes, just as he has assisted several entrepreneurial companies in connection with capital raising. Finally, Christian has extensive experience in advising on company formations, restructuring, generational changes, drafting ownership agreements, drafting contracts and the like.
